Landlords are now obliged to provide tenants with a list of furniture in properties they rent – such law comes into force in September 2015 and is applicable to all lease contracts that come into effect from September 1, 2015. This list, though, and will not be something new in the history of renting and leasing of premises, but will more precision in the mandatory list of devices provided.
On September 1, 2015 owners who rent out their furnished apartments for rent are obliged to provide the tenant with a minimum equipment list, . The kitchen should always be equipped with the following elements: burners; oven or microwave; fridge, freezer or refrigerator compartment, the temperature of which is less than or equal to – 6 ° C;
In addition to these facilities, the landlord must also provide the utensils and crockery needed for cooking. Moreover, furnished apartments must provide: bedding, including blankets; blinds, curtains or other means of darkening the windows in the bedrooms; table and chairs; shelves for storage; lighting; products for this property cleaning.
